The Board published today a proposed update to the IFRS%26reg; Taxonomy 2017 for public comment.
The proposed Taxonomy Update sets out proposed amendments to the IFRS Taxonomy for IFRS 17 Insurance Contracts.
Updates to the IFRS Taxonomy contain additional Taxonomy concepts that reflect new Standards and amendments to Standards issued by the Board. They may also contain technical updates, new common practice elements or general Taxonomy improvements.
The proposed IFRS Taxonomy Update 2017%26mdash;IFRS 17 Insurance Contracts is open for comment until 18 September 2017.
