The Accountancy Profession Strategic Forum (APSF) was conceived by Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and The Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania, following discussions with professional bodies in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe.%26nbsp; These discussions identified many common challenges, and, above all, a common interest in sharing experience and developing strategic thinking.
