ACAP Moldova is represented at the 13th Joint EduCoP and FinCoP Workshop – “Digital & AI-Driven Solutions for Financial and Sustainability Reporting”, held in Udine within the World Bank PULSAR Program, by our President, Elena Panainte, FCCA, CPA, Global MBA.

The discussions focus on the future of accounting and reporting: artificial intelligence, digital consolidation, interoperability of financial systems, IPSAS developments, sustainability reporting, and the growing importance of digital skills in professional education.

For ACAP, one message is particularly important: digital competence is becoming an integral part of professional competence. The profession must evolve not only by adopting new technologies, but also by strengthening data quality, governance, ethics and professional judgment.

Participation in PULSAR offers a valuable opportunity to exchange experience with professional bodies, public institutions, standard setters and experts from across the region, and to bring relevant international practices closer to the accounting and audit profession in Moldova.

We look forward to the final day of the workshop and to continuing this dialogue on how professional organizations can help prepare accountants and auditors for the

 changes already reshaping the profession.
