On June 3, 2025, the conference entitled "Navigating Sustainability Reporting: EU Requirements and Moldova’s Integration" will take place at the Radisson Blu Leogrand Hotel, Convention Center, located at 77 Mitropolit Varlaam Street, Chișinău.
The event is organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova and the Association of Professional Accountants and Auditors of the Republic of Moldova (ACAP RM), with the support of the World Bank Centre for Financial Reporting Reform (CFRR) and the regional EAASURE Program (Enhancing Accounting, Audit, and Sustainability Reporting in Europe and Central Asia).
Firmly believing that regulators, accountants, and auditors will play a key role in the transposition and implementation of the European Union’s sustainability reporting requirements into national legislation, the conference aims to foster broad and constructive dialogue among all stakeholders involved.
The event agenda is designed to support the preparation and adaptation process of regulatory authorities, accounting and auditing professionals, as well as other actors—chief financial officers, public officials, and representatives from the academic and scientific communities—engaged in transforming the reporting system in the Republic of Moldova.
Participation is by invitation only and represents a valuable opportunity for all stakeholders involved in the transformation of Moldova’s reporting system.
