Notice regarding the projects of NAS
19 June 2013, the Association of Professional Accountants and Auditors of the Republic of Moldova organized the roundtable devoted to discussions on the DRAFT of NATIONAL ACCOUNTING STANDARDS.
The event took place in Chisinau on 19 June, time 11:00 - 17:00, at the Cultural Center "Casa Cunoştinţelor", Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova.
The event was opened by Ms. Marina Şelaru, ACAP RM Executive Director, and Ms. Lilia Grigoroi, President of ACAP RM.
Thematic presentations followed, proposed to participants by the ACAP board members:
- "General aspects of the new NAS" by Ms. Lilia Grigoroi, Chairman of the ACAP Board of Directors.
- "Consistency of new NAS with the laws and regulations of the Moldova" by Ms. Angela Mihalachi, vice-president of the ACAP Board of Directors.
- "Consistency of new NAS with IFRS" Ms. Georgeta Covaliov-Rusu, ACAP Board Member.
The event brought together members of ACAP, university lecturers, accountants practitioners, representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova and the European Business Association, etc.
Participants were actively involved in professional debates.
